When you first contact Pressel Enterprises to design your custom home, we’ll spend some time introducing our company and values to you while getting to know your needs, desires, style and budget. Our process then proceeds from there with the gathering phase, where you can share any and all inspiration ideas you have (including Pinterest boards) with us. We’ll go over the contract and get started!
We’ll produce sketches of floor plans and elevations for you to review, and then progress to the design phase using our 3-D visualization software. You’ll be able to virtually “walk through” your design to make sure it’s perfect. This phase includes foundation, electrical, HVAC, basement, roof, and interior layouts and details. We want to achieve the perfect design for you and your family.
Once you’ve approved the drawings and renderings, we’ll start your home’s build! Our contractors bring their decades of experience to your build. You can rely on our skill to produce a high quality, beautiful home for you.
